High Stakes Poker IV
Starting on Monday the 5th of November the fourth edition of the popular High Stakes Poker will up the ante with the buy-in going from $100,000 to a staggering $500,000.
The seven televised episodes are attracting some big names with Patrik Antonius, Jamie Gold, Doyle Branson, Daniel Negreanu, Barry Greenstein and Antonio Esfandiari already putting down the half million dollars buy-in.
A recent newcomer to the poker show will be Guy Laliberte, the co-founder and CEO of Cirque De Soleil. In an incredible gesture he will be donating part of his winnings to the One Drop Foundation. The foundation is trying to raise $100 million within the next two years in order to assist with the provision of drinking water to third world countries.
The show will air every Monday at 21:00 EST on GSN.
