Over the weekend Full Tilt Poker held their quarterly $500 + $35 buy-in $1 Million Guaranteed Tournament and they managed to attract enough players to cover the guarantee.

The 2,006 players that showed up for the tournament created a prize pool worth $1,003,000 enough to avoid an overlay.

Heads up action between MayhoodXXX and beaurgard lasted only 15 minutes as the former held a commanding lead over his opponent. MayhoodXXX took home $184,552 with beaurgard collecting a very respectable $113,339.

The PokerStars Sunday Million lured 7,176 players, down from 7,254 the previous week, with the prize pool reaching $1,435,200.

Canadian player Nous44 managed to outlast his opponents to take home first place prize worth a massive $202,363.

It was a bad outing for the UltimateBet $200,000 Guaranteed Tournament as only 854 players showed up, down from 884 players the previous Sunday creating an overlay worth $32,000.

The official winner of this tournament was panzerT72 who took home $45,000 for his efforts.

Finally some good news for the folks at Bodog as their $100,000 Guaranteed Tournament experienced an influx of players. The flagship event managed to entice 756 players, up from 711 players the previous week meaning the overlay was $24,400.

The winner was kingsya who collected the $25,000 first place prize with runner up spot going to boozeorlose who received $14,300.
