November 12, 2009 |

The world’s only online TV network dedicated to poker players and fans, Poker TV Network, Inc. has announced that the Southern Californian Poker Tour (SCPT) is to join its lineup of online programming. The new series features amateur players competing for thousands of dollars in prize money.

“This is the everyday man’s version of the World Poker Tour,” stated Eric Rosenberg, president of Poker TV Network, Inc. “Our network is focused on those that love to play poker, whether they have the bankrolls to play in the big $10,000 buy-in events or not. Southern Californian Poker Tour is the first of many productions that PKTV will broadcast featuring the ‘Average Joe’ players as the stars.”

Having launched the first and only online television network for poker players and fans, PKTV’s lineup includes tips from poker celebrities, live call in talk shows, play by play tournament action and more.
